Pheo, Inc. builds tools that help authorized users organize professional relationship context and review AI-assisted notes before use.

Google user data

Pheo Relationship Apprentice requests access to Gmail and Google Calendar only after a user authorizes the app through Google OAuth.

• Gmail data is used to find relationship context, client-specific notes, and follow-up information selected by the authorized user.
• Google Calendar data is used to identify meetings, recency of contact, and upcoming follow-up context.
• Google user data is used only to provide user-facing app functionality.
• Pheo does not sell Google user data.
• Pheo does not use Google user data for advertising.
• Pheo does not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.

Storage and deletion

Authorized account tokens and workspace data are stored to provide the service. Users can disconnect Google accounts in the app and may request deletion by contacting apprentice@pheo.ai.

Sharing

Pheo does not transfer Google user data except as required to provide the app, comply with law, protect security, or with user consent.
